 Instructions to Students appearing in BG Semester V (Batch 2019 and backlog 2016-18) examination-2022:

  1. Be in uniform (except Private Candidates). If not, get concerned HOD’s permission.
  2. Be Punctual. Late entry permitted only till the first 15 minutes. Students are expected to be seated in the examination hall 15 minutes before the commencement of examinations. The exam hall will be closed and late comers will not be allowed to enter the exam hall after 15 minutes.
  3. Wear your identity card. If not in possession, get concerned HOD’s permission.
  4. Please switch off your mobile phones and keep it in your bags/hand it over to the invigilator as soon as you enter the examination hall. If any electronic gadget is found to be possessed by the student, the same shall be confiscated and submitted with the Examination Cell along with the identity card/Admit Card.
  5. Please occupy your seat at the allotted place in the examination hall. DO NOT FORGET to fill all the appropriate columns and Sign on the facing sheet of the answer booklet.
  6. Keep your Admit Card on the table. Get permission from the HOD, if not in possession.
  7. Please do not write anything on the question paper except your roll number.
  8. You are not permitted to pass the question paper, much less the answer book, to other students. You are also not allowed to borrow calculators, or any other materials from other students
  9. Students are not permitted to leave the examination hall  before half time.
  10. Any case of copying, malpractice, discussion shall be reported to the Examination Cell
  11. Students are advised to leave the examination premises as soon as the examination is over. Thronging in the campus causes inconvenience.
  12. Malpractice: The following will be considered as malpractice:

1.   Writings on the desk relevant to the examinations.

2.   Verbal or oral communication to neighboring candidate.

3.   Objectionable writings in the answer book.

4.   Possession of any incriminating materials inside the examination hall (Whether used or not).

5.   Written or printed materials, bits, writings on scale, calculator, Handkerchief, handbooks, Dress or any part of the body, possession of organizer etc,

6.   Copying from neighboring student.

7.   Possession of answer book of another candidate.

8.   Giving answer book to another candidate/taking answer book from another candidate.

9.   Exchange of question papers and other materials with some answers.

10.   Misbehavior in the examination hall (Disobedience, unruly conduct in the examination hall, threatening the Superintendent/invigilators and other examination officials), carrying mobile phone.

11.   Forgery in any part of records submitted.

12.   Cases of impersonation.
